Gradient Films partnered with Amazon to produce a series of videos exploring how the company is reimagining last-mile delivery in one of the most complex urban environments in the world, New York City. The series highlights innovative e-bike and walker delivery models designed to improve efficiency, reduce congestion, and better serve customers in densely populated neighborhoods.

Through a combination of interviews, in-facility and en-route b-roll, the videos showcase how packages are delivered within these challenging environments. Created for social, digital platforms, and brand storytelling initiatives, the series brings viewers inside the evolving future of delivery while reinforcing Amazon’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer experience.
