We offer three plans. Starter is $6,000 per month for 40 hours at $150 per hour. Enterprise is $10,000 per month for 80 hours at $125 per hour. Custom plans are scoped and priced based on your specific volume, workflow, and delivery requirements.
-
Overage hours are billed separately at the end of the month. Starter overages are billed at $175 per hour. Enterprise overages are billed at $150 per hour. We notify you via email when you are approaching your limit so there are never surprise invoices at the end of the month.
-
Unused hours from each month carry forward into the following month within a 30-day window. Starter clients can roll up to 4 hours. Enterprise clients can roll up to 8 hours. Rollover hours are always applied before your new monthly allotment kicks in. Any unused hours are forfeited.
-
Starter clients receive a typical turnaround of 4 to 5 business days. Enterprise clients receive 3 to 4 business days with priority queue placement. Custom plan clients receive priority turnaround with specific timelines established at contract. Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the edit.
-
All retainer plans include unlimited revisions. Each revision round is billed at 0.5 hours against your monthly allotment regardless of the size or scope of the changes. We ask that all feedback from your team is consolidated before submission. Revision turnaround begins when consolidated feedback is received, not when the original cut is delivered.
-
Yes. Every retainer plan includes a Service Level Agreement that formalizes the turnaround times, revision response windows, and communication standards outlined in your contract. Your SLA is established during onboarding and serves as the agreed benchmark for the engagement. Custom plan clients can negotiate SLA terms specific to their workflow and delivery requirements before signing.
-
Rush delivery is available on all plans at an additional fee. Availability depends on current queue capacity and is not guaranteed. Rush requests should be flagged at the time of brief submission.
-
Yes. Plan upgrades take effect at the start of the following billing month. If your content volume grows beyond your current allotment and you are consistently hitting overages, upgrading your plan is almost always more cost effective than paying overage rates month over month.
-
Starter and Enterprise plans require a three month minimum commitment. After the initial term agreements renew monthly with 30 days notice required to cancel or adjust. Custom plan contract terms are flexible and established during the scoping process.
-
Custom plans are built around your specific needs and include custom monthly rates and hours tailored to your content volume, a dedicated post-producer and editing team, priority turnaround with rush availability, supplemental motion graphics, and quarterly strategy reviews. Everything is scoped before contract so there are no surprises.
